Water agitation and Convection by micro-bubbles increase the dissolved oxygen and enhance the water environment in aquaculture ponds and large fish tanks.
 Easily worked and plumbed in. Easy construction.
Easy curve piping for anyone. UNI HOSE is suitable for facilities such as large fish tanks.
Tough and uncrackable UNI HOSE (FAL series)made of new materials is especially suitable for air distribution units for convection/dissolved oxygen in industrial facilities such as aquaculture ponds and large fish tanks. The hose can be cut with a utility knife, curve piping can be easily done. Compared with conventional airstones, UNI HOSE made of new materials allows you very easy piping and construction.
■Pipe specifications for FAL series■
Air volume : For type 00
20(low)- 40(high) L/min per 1m
Length of air hose × 20(low) ・ 40(high) L/min (air discharge volume)
Pressure : 0.02 - 0.05MPa
When selecting a blower, please add 0.01MPa per a water depth of 1m.
Joint : Bond to a 13mm PVC pipe with pipe adhesive.
※The air hose must have a weight, or needs to be fixed with a saddle band.
※The main pipe from the pump should be plumbed as close to the air hose as possible with a thick pipe.
■Instructions and directions for piping■
Set up horizontally.
Double ended pipe allows bubbles to be spread more evenly.
For single ended air piping, the length of the hose should be within 5m. For double ended air piping, it should be within 10m.
To reduce the resistance of air, plumb it as close to the air hose as possible with a thick pipe.
To prevent the air hose from floating, 10-12mm stainless steel or an iron/lead round bar should be put inside the hose as a weight, or should be fixed to the bottom surface with a saddle band.(You can select a type of round bars depanding on fish species and it should be coated if necessary.)
When not in use for an extended period, air hose should be removed from the water to avoid clogging.
